Perkins Loan Office, Exit Counseling

 

• Exit Counseling is now available via the internet. All Perkins borrowers must complete exit counseling if they have dropped below half-time or are leaving school or are graduating.

  UConn contracts with ECSI to complete the exit counseling for Perkins Loans. If you are receiving other loans as well as a Perkins Loan you must complete counseling forms for each type of loan separately.

  Please note that Online Exit Counseling is not available for borrowers who graduated or left the University prior to December 2003.  Those borrowers must contact the UConn Federal Perkins Loan Office at (860) 486-4835 in order to fulfill their exit requirements.
